Important Deadlines

March 10
For federal aid, submit your application as early as possible, but no earlier than January 1. It is mandatory that the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is received by the Federal Processor on or before March 10, to be considered for Indiana State Aid.

The FAFSA will be available online January 1 and paper applications can be picked up at Ancilla College or your local high school. FAFSA paper applications can be picked up at Ancilla College in the Financial Aid Office, Admissions Office, and Business Office. To request a paper FAFSA, e-mail:

August 1
Student financial aid files at Ancilla College must be completed for the Fall term for awards to be on-line before the start of the semester.

If student files are not completed by this date, the student will need to make payment arrangements with the Business Office.

December 1
Student financial aid files must be completed for the Spring term for awards to be online before the start of the semester.

If student files are not completed by this date, the student will need to make payment arrangements with the Business Office.
