Scholarships for Continuing Students
Academic Dean's Scholarship
Open to continuing Ancilla College student. Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required. Award based on sufficient scholarship and financial need. Must attach a minimum 500 words or more typed essay, entitled "Why I am deserving of the Academic Dean's Scholarship."

Ancilla Transfer Scholarship
Available to encourage many students that may desire to continue their college education after stopping out, or wishing to relocate, from another college or university. In order to be considered, a student must complete Ancilla College's admissions application and submit their college transcript. There is no application filing deadline. The scholarship is renewable each year for up to four semesters based on continued academic success.

Bowen Scholarship
Open to full or part-time students. Minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. Award based on sufficient scholarship and financial need. Must be a resident of Marshall County. Preference is given to Bremen residents. Award amount varies.

Catholic Scholarship
Open to new students; $1,000 yearly amount; renewable for one additional year; pro-rated for part-time students. Requirements for a student to obtain the scholarship are: Must be a practicing Catholic, provide a letter of support from a qualified church representative and must have a 2.0 high school or college GPA.

Clarence and Mary Jane Rouch Scholarship
For graduating students of LaVille Junior-Senior High School in the Union North United School District that have been accepted as new students at Ancilla with full-time status. 100-word essay on your level of commitment in achieving higher education is required. Award amount is $400.

Open to full or part-time early childhood education students. Up to $1,000 tuition assistance per semester for early childhood courses.

Gene and Marsha Reese Family Scholarship
Student must be a graduate of the John Glenn School System (Walkerton, IN). Preference is given to a student-athlete or team manager. Must enroll full-time at Ancilla and have a minimum high school 2.0 GPA. Two letters of recommendation required: one from a John Glenn teacher and the second letter must be a character reference. A one-page essay written on the theme, "The Value of Athletics" is required. Award is up to $1,000 for the cost of books.

Gladys Pippenger Nursing Scholarship
In her loving memory, family and friends have created this scholarship in support of future nurses who exhibit a committment to patients, the nursing profession and family. Must meet Scholarship Criteria. Please write an essay of 300-500 words on how you envision yourself: Impacting the Ancilla College nursing students of tomorrow or Promoting the nursing profession.

Goldie F. Bayless Scholarship
Student must be from the Culver community and be a new or continuing student at Ancilla with full or part-time status. Selected major must be from Division of Humanities. GPA of 3.0 or above is required. Maximum 500-word essay is required on the topic, "How to master unexpected challenges," to be written while on campus. Award amount varies.

Henry & Gladys Lee Willhite Minority Scholarship
Open to a new, full-time minority student pursuing an associate degree at Ancilla College. Must be a United States Citizen, a resident of Marshall County and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. Write a 250-word essay on the theme, "How I can be a positive influence in today's society and in my community." Award amount varies.

Mildred Johnson Scholarship for Nursing Students
This scholarship is open to any student who has met the requirements for acceptance into the Ancilla College Nursing Program. One-page typed description of commitment to the nursing field is required. Award amount is $1,000.

This scholarship is open to any student who has met the requirements for acceptance into the Ancilla College Nursing Program. One-page typed description of commitment to the nursing field is required. Preference is given to those already employed by the Catherine Kasper Home.

PACE Scholarship
The PACE Scholarship (Placement Achievement for College Education) is designed to encourage nontraditional students who wish to return or start a college education. In order to be considered for this scholarship a student must be 21-years of age or older and have attempted no more than 12 college credit hours at another college or university. In addition, each student must complete the College Placement Test administered on Ancilla's campus. The award amounts are based on scores obtained on the College Placement Test.

REAch Scholarship
The REAch Scholarship (Rewarding Excellent Achievements) can be obtained by any high school graduate who has not reached the age of 21 prior to the start of class this coming fall semester and who have not already obtained more than 12 college credits. Open to fulltime students only. In order to be considered for a REAch Scholarship, a student must complete Ancilla College's admissions application, submit their high school transcript, and provide SAT or ACT test scores. Robert & Margaret Koch-Bomarko Founders Scholarship
Must be either a graduate of any school corporation of Argos, Bremen, Culver, LaVille, Plymouth or Triton, or be a child of an employee of Bomarko in Plymouth, IN. Must have an accumulative high school academic record of average or better. A minimum of 15 credit hours per semester is required. Award amount varies.

UPS Scholarship
Available to part-time or full-time continuing Ancilla College students who have completed at least 12 credit hours. Scholarship is based on a combination of merit (GPA of 2.5 or above) and financial need. Preference is given to children of United Parcel Service (UPS) employees. Number of awards varies. Award is up to $700.
