DONALDSON, IN – Kayla Williams, a 2016 graduate from Prairie Heights High School recently signed her National Junior College Athletic Association Letter of Intent to golf at Ancilla College.

Williams is a four year varsity letter recipient at Prairie Heights, under head coach Cassidy Wise. She was also awarded the Best Mental Attitude award for golf. Williams was also very active outside of golf, taking part in yearbook, theatre, the international thespian society, Indiana Volunteer Firemen’s Association and cheerleading.

“I look forward to meeting new people, getting settled in a new environment and learning what it means to be a Charger,” said Williams. “From the dorms, to the staff, to the classes and programs, everything just fits me. If feels like home and that is what makes Ancilla College the right choice for me.”

“I am looking forward to having Kayla,” remarked head golf coach Marc Green. “She has a great attitude and wants to get better at golf. I believe she will be a good fit with the golf team and Ancilla College.”

Williams is the daughter of Angie and Brett Williams. While at Ancilla, Williams plans to major in communications.
