DONALDSON, IN – Knox High School Senior, Olivia Decker, recently signed her Letter of Intent to cheer at Ancilla College.
Decker is a three year varsity letter winner for the Redskins where she was a flyer. During her cheer career, she was the recipient of the Leadership Award, Most Improved Award, and was voted Most Valuable Player two years in a row.
Outside of cheerleading, Decker was a part of the Knox softball team where she lettered three years and was voted Most Improved. She was also a member of the National Honor Society for three years and SADD for two years.
When asked why she chose Ancilla, Decker replied, “I chose Ancilla because it’s close to home, gave me a chance to continue cheering at the college level and made me feel at home.”
“Olivia will be a great addition to the Ancilla College Cheer program,” remarked Head Coach Kaylee King. “Her flying skills will be a great asset to the team and we are excited to see her continue to build her skills.”
