Clubs and Organizations

Clubs and Organizations of Ancilla College

Being involved in athletics helps you develop perseverance and the ability to do your best while under pressure.

While running for office in student government you will learn leadership skills. Becoming a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society may lead to important career connections. Donating your time at the Sojourner Truth House for the homeless could change your life!

Students who are involved do better academically in their classes. They have a richer college experience, develop more confidence, and make long-lasting friendships.

Our graduates have told us repeatedly, some of their best experiences and happiest memories of Ancilla came from meeting, working, and becoming friends with other students.

No matter your age, or how busy you are off-campus, find ways to get involved at Ancilla. You will not regret it!

Campus Ministries

Ancilla College Campus Ministry is a department of Mission Integration. Our inspirations are derived from our Foundress Blessed Katherine Kasper; rooted and zeal filled we are the pastoral expression of the Catholic Higher Education mission. We are passionate ministers who strive to be progressive, holistic and student-centered to further foster social, spiritual and intellectual dialogue in the ecumenical tradition of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. The College’s spiritual life programs encourage students to find and articulate their own spiritual center, and help them to grow in that center. Ancilla faculty and staff work with students to help them integrate academics and spirituality into their daily lives. There are many opportunities for students to participate in campus spiritual life.

eSports Club

-Ancilla eSports club is where students that are passionate about eSports (gaming), whether competitive or casual, can gather together, discuss, socialize and play. The Ancilla eSports Club would like to offer the club members opportunities to learn about different games, improve their skills in gaming, game with other students within the college and eventually compete in some outside tournaments. Competitive video gaming has quickly risen to the ranks of a “real sport”.
