This position is responsible for student counseling and ADA compliance for the college. The duties and responsibilities of the position are performed within the spirit and educational mission of the college.
The Counseling and ADA Compliance Director administers individual and group counseling sessions, serves as a resource for faculty and staff members on ADA compliance and classroom related issues for students with special needs and counseling needs, and works with student affairs in crisis interventions.
The position also includes developing and administering life skills and personal development workshops, maintaining confidential student files, and administering Ancilla’s ADA/504 programs campus-wide.
