The Visit Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling and executing all visits and tours to campus including individual and large group visits. The position is responsible for helping coordinate counselor’s college fairs and help cover college fairs or offsite visits as needed. The Visit Coordinator will train and lead Student Ambassadors. They will conduct late night calling sessions with Student Ambassadors one evening per week to help guide potential students through the college process. They will help educate them on the benefits of attending college as well as the different degree programs/career options. They will help career advise students to assist them in their career/degree research. They will work Admissions Counselor files helping to advise students on their next steps and provide exceptional customer service to all guests. They will contact students, counselors, parents and other individuals via email, phone, text and social media so they must have strong phone and customer service skills. The Visit Coordinator will promote AmeriCorps to students and community visitors. The Visit Coordinator will help with Office Coordinator projects as needed and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director of Admissions and VP of Enrollment Management.
