Ancilla College seeks applications or nominations for the position of Director of Communications & Media Relations at Ancilla College.
The Director of Communications and Media Relations serves as the primary strategist for developing, producing and overseeing a wide range of multimedia content for Ancilla College (AC) and related affiliates including Institutional Advancement. The Director will exercise leadership on behalf of the College to ensure that the communications (print, digital, social media) from across all Ancilla College units are consistent and coordinated, and reflect the overall mission of the College. To do this, the Director will provide overall leadership to and management of the communications team members while also working with internal and external stakeholders to meet established goals. In addition, the Director serves on the Vice President’s Management team, upholding its shared mission, core values and leadership principles.

Ancilla College seeks applications or nominations of a dynamic academic leader for the Director of Nursing at Ancilla College. The Department of Nursing at Ancilla is a high value and high visibility program for the college. The candidate must possess significant experience in effective leadership and administration.
Fulltime, on-site, exempt, 12-month position
The Director of Nursing at Ancilla College will represent the college as a campus and community leader. The director will provide leadership and assure the effectiveness of the nursing program in matters of curriculum development, program growth, and faculty development as well as develop and oversee the department budget. An immediate requirement is to secure appropriate national accreditation for the program. The director will also be required to teach courses in the division as needed.
Education: An earned Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from a nationally accredited institution is required.
Terminal degree or progress towards a doctoral degree in any of the following disciplines, is highly preferred (and listed in respective order):
Experience: Previous nursing education and administrative experience is required.

These positions are full-time salary/benefits plus expenses that includes head coaching/recruiting duties, plus additional responsibilities depending on qualification. There are numerous occupational possibilities.
Many Ancilla coaches have also been successful instructors for the college. Possible teaching areas for coaches include: Psychology, Sociology, Business (Accounting, Economics or Management), Agriculture, Art, English and Science (Chemistry and Biology).
