Why study Professional Health?

Whether you see yourself as a physical therapist, an EMT or want to move on to become a physician or respiratory therapist, a degree in health sciences will give you the ability to make logical decisions, manage groups effectively and communicate well in the health field. This program will prepare you to transfer to a senior institution for further study.

Ancilla College offers an associate of science degree in Professional Health Studies to provide a solid foundation for education opportunities in health fields such as dental hygiene, medical technology, radiography, occupational therapy, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, medical school or veterinary school. Your program will include hands-on laboratory experience.
