You can take part in the Ancilla College ball drop, a fundraiser held during each Ancilla golf outing Monday, June 8, 2015 at Swan Lake Resort. Eligible participants that complete the entry form and make a $5 donation per entry will be assigned a numbered golf ball by a staff member of the College.
A maximum of 2,000 consecutively numbered golf balls will be dropped from high above a marked flag on the Swan Lake golf course The participant whose golf ball goes into the make-shift hole first will receive 15 percent of all money collected, up to $1,000.

Entries must be received by Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11 AM EDT to qualify. Incomplete reservations or entry forms will not be accepted. Participants must be legal U.S. residents at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Ancilla College employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. You do not need to be present to win.

There is no limit on the number of entries an individual can purchase. Participants will be assigned a numbered ball ball(s) based on their entry. On Monday, June 8, 2015 the golf balls will be placed randomly in a bucket and dropped over a pre-selected make-shift hole on the driving range of the Swan Lake Resort. If no ball goes into the hole, then the ball landing closest to the hole will win 15% of the money collected from the ball drop, not to exceed $1,000. The ball closest to the hole will be determined by measuring the distance form the center of the hole to the ball by a pre-selected judge(s). The winner will be announced immediately following the ball drop and does not need to be present to win. The winner will be posted on the Ancilla College website. Per Indiana State Charity Gaming Regulations, this process will videotaped and kept on file for review as needed.
